This decision has been
Made known to Mr Anstey,

by His Excellency the Governor to forward to you the following Extract from his reply acknowledgment.

in leaving uncorrected the language
respecting him referred to
in the above Despatch
The Despatch alluded to by Mr. Anstey is of course that from the Secretary of State.
His Excellency instructs

in Mr. Anstey to yourself,
and is
glad to be able to
announce to

termination of a distressing
occurrence.
